It’s all over, and what a week it’s been! From running between shows to meeting amazing people from blogger Connie Cao from K is for Kani to NYC photographer Adam Katz Sinding. Such a fun, busy, exciting week!

Day 2 of NZFW is a blast! Highlights of the week so far include an innovative cacophany of fashion and noise at the nom*d show where the soundtrack was 6 drum kits hammering away – incredible.
I also loved the Stolen Girlfriends Club show where models walked around a rugby field while we watched from the bleachers sipping g&ts. Brilliant. The Stolen after party was at a strip club where fellow writers watched as the employees of the premises expertly spun and climbed around poles dotted around the border of the room.
These two shows were different, fun and high energy which made them so much more enjoyable! The clothes were also fantastic and well styled in each. Bring on tonight’s Zambesi show and Huffer party!

So many exciting things are happening in the now blurred worlds of fashion, style and social media at the moment. Don’t miss this season’s issue of i-D magazine to catch amazing interviews on the future of style in social media with Tavi Gevinson and some inspiration for young designers from Jonathan Saunders.

I’m in Melbourne visiting my amazing friends and popping into the office to make sure my freelancing is on the right track.
What an amazing city! Every few months it changes revealing new hot spots and unmissable eateries. Ah Melbourne, I love you! But you’re so chilly! It’s as cold here as Queenstown!
